Men are the most under-reached audience within our churches, with millions affiliated, but not activated. Sleeping Giant is the total solution and process that equips pastors and leaders to empower the men of the church to align with the senior pastor’s vision, transforming not only individual churches, but the surrounding culture as well. It is ground zero for the church. It’s full power and promise rest in the hands it’s men. The Scripture shows that God’s men are central, responsible, and accountable to their Creator for their moment in time. WE are the men of the church and it is OUR TIME.

Thursday evening small groups - 8:00PM

All Thursday Evening Open Share Groups are from 8:00 - 9:00PM, following the Celebrate Recovery Worship Service at 7:00PM in the Chapel.

Open Share Groups
Open Share Groups are offered every Thursday night as a part of our Celebrate Recovery Program.  Open Share Groups offer participants an opportunity to share what they are struggling with while building lasting relationships with others.

A to Z Group
This group is for anyone with a hurt, habit or hang up.  Individuals are able to freely share what they are struggling with and find strength and encouragement from others.

Chemical Dependency Group
If, when you honestly want to, you find you cannot quit drinking or using entirely, or if you have little control over the amount you consume, you are probably an alcoholic and/or an addict. If that is the case, you may be suffering from a problem which only a spiritual solution will conquer. By participating in our Celebrate Recovery Open Share Groups, you can and will change! You will begin to experience the true peace and serenity you have been seeking, and you will no longer have to rely on your dysfunctional, compulsive, and addictive behaviors as a temporary "fix" for your problems.

Co-Dependency Group
Through this Open Share group, participants come to realize that they cannot control the addict or his behavior.  They understand that their problems are emotional and spiritual. Jesus taught the value of the individual. He said we are to love others equal to ourselves, not more than. A love of self forms the basis for loving others. The differences between a life of service and codependency take several forms.  This group will help an individual overcome codependency behaviors.

Anxiety and Depression Group
Anyone struggling with anxiety and depression will find a place to belong in this group.  By focusing on who Jesus Christ is in our lives, members understand how to gain strength from God on a daily basis.  By learning how we can overcome our depression and anxiety thru God’s power, we come to believe that we can have joy restored.  We find support and love from other group members.
